Inmates Rates exists to provide better communication between inmates and their loved ones on the outside.

We all lead busy lives and most people have mobile phones as their main method of communication. Unfortunately the cost of calls to mobiles is still far too expensive from prison. Our service addresses this and means your loved ones can call you on your mobile for the same cost as a call to a land line. It means no waiting by the phone and you can take calls wherever you are in the world.

The Government and many third sector agencies working with offenders recognise the importance of regular contact with those on the outside in reducing re-offending. Keeping up regular contact benefits all of us. Less tax money spent on re-offending and fewer victims of crime.
