How it works

- You choose your 01/02 to number to suit your local area code or a Freephone number (080)
- You tell us where to point the number
- You either add some credit or chose the new Unlimited monthly bundle!
- Your loved one adds that number to their PIN
- They then call you using this number so they only pay for a local/national call from the prison (or get free calls on a freephone service)
- We deliver their call to your mobile - or anywhere in the world!! - just tell us where
- Important - if you do not use or top-up the service for 120 days we reserve the right to re-cycle the numbers into stock
