  • You choose the freephone service and we allocate you a unique 0808 number from our stock
  • You tell us which mobile or UK Landline to point the number at
  • You pay for it and add some credit
  • Your loved one adds that number to their PIN
  • They then call you using this number so they shouldn't pay to call you from a Prison pay phone
  • We deliver that call to your landline or mobile

Minimum initial PAYG Top Up is £15.00.  Then you can top up as little as £5.00
PPM stands for Pence Per Minute.
Local rate to mobile is only a cost effective service where calls are delivered to mobiles.
With a local rate service the loved one in prison is still charged the statutory prison charge for calling a home phone landline. In most prisons this fee is 10ppm.
With Freephone to Mobile/Landline service the caller from prison is not charged for calls to this number.
With PAYG your charges will be deducted from your top up credit you added to your account via our website.
Important - if you do not use or top-up the service for 120 days we reserve the right to re-cycle the numbers into stock
