  1. Complete the registration form with your details ‘here’ and select your chosen service.
  2. Minimum initial PAYG Top up is £15.00 then you can top up as little as £5.00 as and when you need it.
  3. Once your initial payment has been confirmed you will receive your INMATES RATES number and log in details within 48 hours. This is shown in the way of a monetary value of the service you choose
  4. Pass the INMATES RATES number on to your loved one. Once this number has been authorised, they then call the INMATES RATES number which comes directly to your desired destination number.
  5. Important - if you do not use or top-up the service for 120 days we reserve the right to re-cycle the numbers into stock
