  • You tell us where to point the number
  • You either add some credit or chose the new Unlimited monthly bundle!
  • Your loved one adds that number to their PIN
  • They then call you using this number so they only pay for a local/national call from the prison (or get free calls on a freephone service)
  • We deliver their call to your mobile - or anywhere in the world!! - just tell us where
